From the day of its foundation in 2000, EMMA has consistently focused on providing a neutral platform for sound competitions. Due to EMMA’s positive reputation developed through this competition-format the number of competitors meantime increased to a level never seen before by any Car Audio organisation. Up to now several projects and services – such as the EMMA Academy and the EMMA events at international trade shows - were strategically arising from these activities.
The second focus of EMMA is to offer an option to installers and manufacturers to promote themselves and their products. With this strategy EMMA created more public exposure than any other Car Audio Association.
