Dual USB Inputs
This versatile head unit provides USB inputs on the front and rear. Use the rear input for a "permanent" connection and the front one for plugging in portable devices.
Navigation Voice Input
The CDE-123R lets you connect a portable navigation device via it’s front AUX port so you can hear the voice guidance from your system front speakers. The navigation voice mix can be adjusted in many steps to perfectly blend with the normal audio playback.
Upgrade with Parrot Bluetooth
If you have a Bluetooth-enabled phone, you’ll want to add the KCE-400BT or KCE-250BT to your system. Compatible with many phones, they allow hands-free operation, phonebook downloading, and A2DP AV streaming (KCE-400BT). You also get the advantage of Parrot software updates for new phones.
Works with Nokia
You can connect Nokia phones via the front or rear USB port to play back the music stored on the phone. You can also control basic music playback functions. The phone also charges while it is connected. Requires KCU-230NK connection cable. © 2010 Nokia. All rights reserved. Made for iPhone® and iPod®
You can control your iPhone/iPod from the head unit, using Quick Search to find songs fast. Direct iPod Control mode lets you use the iPhone/iPod interface for direct operation and for viewing information in your desired language. This comes especially handy when a passenger selects the music while you keep your eyes on the road.
Quick Search
Here’s the best way to find your music fast. The rotary knob and Quick Search feature let you easily and quickly browse through your iPod music by playlist, artist, album, song, genre, podcast, audiobook or composer. Additionally you have a choice of search methods when using USB mass storage devices: use banking which allows you to search for contents like on an iPod, or to search by folder and file structure on your storage devise.
