1992

  • European headquarters of Alpine Electronics (Europe) GmbH was formed in Germany.
  • Parts procurement and liaison subsidiary, Alpine Electronics Asia Pte. Ltd., was formed in Singapore.

1993

  • GP Shuttle, highly precise GPS car navigation system, launched.

  • Alpine became first to manufacture car audio in the People's Republic of China.

1994

  • Manufacturing subsidiary, Dandong Alpine Electronics, Inc., was formed in China.
  • New production center, Alcom Mexico, began operation in Reynosa, Mexico.
  • Alpine Electronics Research of America, Inc., was formed to enhance research and service.
  • Dalian Alpine Electronics Co., Ltd., was formed as a manufacturing corporation.
